Number Hosting API, EDB and DS, NGN PI’s, VOD are different applications used to raise orders and manage inventory. This project involved several applications (Provisioning, pricing, billing, and Asset management) for product enhancement requirements, captured with respect to regulatory requirements and customer demand. Roles and Responsibilities: Followed legal obligations of Europe on Colt as a provider of customer address update requests to ensure appearance in Directory Services Colt. Ensured customer data was properly captured and stored into Colt systems, collected and prepared from Colt systems. Validated customer addresses against address doctor and ensured fields satisfied the regulatory format. Ensured the system qualified validation rules before sending customer data to regulatory. Updated new address data/activated numbers in Colt systems. Supported Address Update portal/Number Activation, Web Methods and Customer address DB(Colt System). Managed the overall development of the product from the business end. Directly interacted with stakeholders, marketing team and key users to gather requirements. Held module ownership. Designed and prepared test cases and test plan for SIT, UAT, Regression testing phases. Executed test cases with other UAT users. Performed defect management using Quality Center (QC, Azure). Involved in customer demos and user manual preparation. Managed UAT with internal and external customers.

The aim of said project is to provide Quality assurance for Vodafone system that is going to replace the old Vodafone Customer Management System. NewCo is System testing project for the Vodafone UK customers who are taking Vodafone services such as Vodafone Postpaid, Prepaid, Fixed line, TV connections. Roles and Responsibilities: Performed requirement analysis using BRSD and LLD Documents. Designed test scenarios and test cases based on the requirements. Responsible for understanding client requirements and preparing test scenarios. Involved in writing and executing test cases. Responsible for System testing, Re-testing and Regression Testing. Worked on Oracle applications Siebel, OSM. Responsible for test execution defects for failed test cases and tracking status daily in QC. Responsible for getting clarification from the Development Team regarding defects. Involved in client calls and coordinated with on-site teams when needed.
