In Prudential I was working on the Central integration and orchestration platform (SAGA) working with various 3rd Party vendors and systems. Worked with TCS (PAS) and Accenture (UI/UX) to integrate their systems along with eBanca distributors like ICICI and HDFC. We also integrated our APIs with Policybazaar within their platform specified SLA response times. Business Rules/Validations managed via IBM BAW/ODM.

In Panasonic I was working for the product called MiraAi®. Owned 2 PMS systems and related integrations namely VRM and Guesty. We had many Design Patterns such as Command pattern, Flyweight pattern, Singleton pattern, etc. Also tried to enhance team communication. We also tried to minimize dependencies across the project. We also worked to decouple very tightly coupled components by dockerizing micro-services individually.

The new platform is based on a microservices architecture, which provides greater flexibility and scalability also integrating with other parts of the company's IT infrastructure, such as its customer relationship management (CRM) system and its core banking system.

It provides API mapping, data security, real-time updates, and more. Owned API related integrations for ecommerce vendors. We had many Design patterns such as adaptor pattern and observer pattern etc. I also implemented Similarity search & Np Hard. We also tried to minimize dependencies across the project. We also worked to decouple very tightly coupled components by dockerizing micro-services individually and managing using kubernetes.

SmartBear is a set of open-source tools built around the OpenAPI Specification that can help you design, build, document and consume REST APIs. We were part of the offshore team to support Swagger Hub Explorer and worked to bring API documentation online for many enterprise customers. Being SmartBear's offshore support team we owned Expedia's account for API documentation for their coupons and badges related API's. A lot of template design pattern was use for this approach. I was involved in exploring technical solution for this and implementing it on client end. We had to implement API version management using Richardson Maturity index model to deprecate the api and migrate users to new API versions
