Anything AI + Leadership + Wellbeing, AI Director at Microsoft
I’m passionate about helping people and organisations navigate change in the age of AI. With over ten years of experience in the technology industry, I have worked across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Asia, with a primary focus on Data & AI. Today, I am an AI Director leading the Microsoft Innovation Hub for ASEAN, where I spend my time working with customers, exploring how AI is reshaping the way we work, lead, and create value. What fascinates me most is not the technology itself, but the human side of transformation—how organisations adapt, how leaders evolve, and how people find new ways to thrive in times of change. Beyond my day job, I am an advocate for mental health and wellbeing, and host the State of Mind podcast, which focuses on creating more open and honest conversations around mental health and leadership. I also enjoy speaking at events, leadership forums, and conferences on topics such as AI, organisational change, leadership, innovation, and the future of work. Whether you'd like to discuss AI, leadership, organisational transformation, mental health, speaking engagements, or something entirely different, you're always welcome to reach out.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's extensive experience within Microsoft, including various leadership and specialist roles, suggests a strong alignment with corporate environments and large-scale organizational cultures. Their initiative in founding a mental health podcast and receiving a Culture award indicates a proactive approach to fostering inclusive and supportive work environments. The diverse roles from account management to innovation hub director demonstrate adaptability and a broad interest in business and technology, which could contribute positively to a dynamic team culture. However, the resume primarily highlights business development and strategic roles rather than hands-on software engineering, which might require a cultural adjustment if the target role is purely technical.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills through their roles at Microsoft, particularly in leading regional initiatives and customer engagements. Their involvement in the 'State of Mind' podcast highlights a commitment to fostering a positive culture and mental well-being, which aligns with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills. The experience in managing complex projects and driving business outcomes suggests a results-oriented and operationally effective individual.
