Handled functional configurations to align Oracle Financials with client-specific business needs. Took part in the implementation of financial modules as a member of the offshore team. Helped design and structure the enterprise setup based on business requirements. Set up data reference sets specific to each Business Unit and for shared/common use. Performed setup configurations for modules Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables. Used FBDI templates to upload master data for AP and AR modules. Completed required setups for Payables Common Options and Procurement settings. Carried out configuration activities in CRP1, CRP2, and UAT environments. Client: Hyundai Capital (Financial Services). Modules: GL, FA, CM. Worked on the project using the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM). Performed testing activities in various environments like Dev, CRP1, CRP2, and UAT. Prepared integration documents and test scripts for all financial modules. Gathered and documented business requirements for Chart of Accounts, ledgers, accounting periods, journal approvals, and financial reporting needs. Configured enterprise structures, GL options, ledgers, COA, currency, and consolidation rules. Configured FA module settings including asset books, categories, depreciation rules, impairment processes, and asset retirement. Configured CM module with bank, branches, account structures, and reconciliation rules. Involved in creating CV040 documents for data migration, covering UAT and overall test strategies. Contributed to setup documents like RD030 and RD011 for different country rollouts. Created TE020 unit test scenarios and scripts for all finance-related modules. Worked on TE035 documents for integration testing, including UAT and related test strategies. Developed user training materials and manuals for key users and end users.
