Primarily contributed to the Integration Module while also developing reporting dashboards and cross-module features within a multi-tenant enterprise platform. • Architected a Node.js Integration Service connecting 10+ external systems (Jira, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack) to a Java core backend via REST APIs, reducing manual data sync efforts by 30%. • Implemented OAuth2 (Authorization Code & Client Credentials), Azure AD SSO, API Key, and Bearer Token authentication flows for secure third-party token management across multiple tenants. • Built a Postman-like API Collection engine users create connections, define API collections, configure endpoints, map request/response fields, and trigger syncs dynamically without any code changes. • Designed a dynamic Angular Integration UI where users select HTTP method (GET, POST, PATCH, PUT), configure query/path params, select request fields and objects from dropdowns, apply JSONata-based field mapping, and validate integrations via a live test/execute button before saving. • Built a runtime API execution engine that fetches payload data from the core backend, applies stored JSONata transformation mappings, resolves params and body fields, and calls third-party APIs dynamically – fully driven by saved configurations. • Extended the dynamic execution engine to support two-way file exchange with AWS S3, Azure Blob, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, and SFTP – enabling bulk import of files from external platforms into the system and uploading system data out to external platforms. • Developed dashboard summary APIs, implemented HTML export functionality for downloadable reports, and built dynamic chart rendering using Apache ECharts based on stored JSON configurations.

Multi-Tenant SaaS – Customer Feedback Management Platform
