I have contributed to organisational AI/ML governance framework design covering EU AI Act, GDPR, DPDP Act 2023, and ISO/IEC 42001 — translating regulatory intent into delivery controls, risk classification systems, and human oversight protocols at Art Technology & Software. I have designed AI risk tier methodologies, built model governance checklists aligned to EU AI Act Annex III requirements, and produced board-level AI governance reporting as the primary governance interface to leadership and senior stakeholders. On the delivery side, I bring deep experience managing cross-functional programmes across data science, legal, compliance, and IT security teams — with a strong track record in stakeholder management, SLA governance, and programme health reporting in regulated enterprise environments including Citibank (via TCS/IRIS) and global BFSI clients. I am currently completing the AIGP (AI Governance Professional) certification from IAPP, covering EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and responsible AI frameworks.
