SODA - Software Dashboard is application (software) information. SODA is a new soft developed to replace the WIKI, application managers and global heads monitoring tool. We have 4 lots in soda. SODA Database + ITA Indicators, Licenses Indicators, HPC Indicators, SODA Editor + data migration. We have connected to different source system like flat files, database and servers get the different format files (xml, csv, txt) and load into Target database. Created Talend jobs to copy the files from one server to another and utilized Talend FTP components. Extensively used tMap component which does lookup & Joiner Functions, tJava, tOracle, tXml, tDelimtedFiles, tLogRow components etc. Used Talend most used components (tMap, tDie, tConvertType, tFlowMeter, tLogCatcher, tRowGenerator, tSetGlobalVar, tHashInput&tHashOutput and many more). Created Implicit, local and global Context variables in the job. Worked on Autosys for scheduling jobs. Worked on various Talend components such as tMap, tFilterRow, tAggregateRow, tFileExist, tFileCopy, tFileList, tDie etc. Used tStatsCatcher, tDie, tLogRow to create a generic joblet to store processing stats. Used tParalleize component and multi thread execution option to run subjobs in parallel which increases the performance of a job. Designed various jobs for extracting data from various sources involving flat files and relational tables. Worked on Context variables and defined contexts for database connections, file paths for easily migrating to different environments in a project.
