One Touch Reveal
January 1, 2018 – April 1, 2024
This project involved working on the One Touch Reveal (OTR) mobile application (for iPhone® or iPad®) and its corresponding web application. The application allows users to easily check blood sugar results, providing 14, 30, or 90-day overviews and a 365-day logbook with colorful visuals and simple navigation. Users can monitor if their blood sugar is running high or low, review past numbers, and share results, progress reports (PDF), and data tables (CSV) with their doctor or family. The app integrates wirelessly with the OneTouch® Verio®Sync Meter to automatically send blood sugar readings.
Travelers (Program Analyst activities)
June 1, 2016 – December 1, 2017
As a Program Analyst for the OAlsys Enterprise BI Product Support division, my responsibilities centered on managing the entire lifecycle of various BI products (SAS, R Software, Anaconda, Informatica). This involved understanding technical business needs from requirements documents (BARR, BSD, TSD), executing functional, regression, sanity, UAT, integration, and API testing. I performed UAT and offshore defect analysis, generated release metrics, and managed test cases/results in JIRA. My role also included test bed setup, collaborating with business during demos for issue resolution, R packaging, provisioning, upgrading, applying hotfixes, and handling incident/problem management. A significant part involved testing and upgrading applications to Windows 10.
