The FSB VP2 project is a major technology and business initiative within T-Mobile's North Star transformation portfolio. It is focused on delivering foundational billing capabilities through agile, cross-team execution, and is aligned as a central program for Freestyle Billing (FSB). VP2 covers the core architecture and foundational capabilities for Freestyle Billing, supporting consumer platforms and products, including fiber service, digital commerce, upgrades, payments, and account management. Responsibilities: Analyzed business requirements and functional specifications to design detailed manual test cases aligned with business logic. Conducting rigorous progression testing to ensure new functionality is correct and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Performing Regression Testing and Acceptance Testing to identify and address any bugs before the system goes live. Performed API testing using Postman to validate backend services and data integrity. Worked across various systems including SAMSON, CHUB, MILTON, INS, Lotus Flare, Deep.io, and CSM for cross-system validation and verification. Collaborating closely with the Development and Solution Design teams to validate that the system meets all functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborated with the Test Data Management (TDM) team to investigate and resolve data-related issues, ensuring availability of accurate and consistent test data across environments. Ensuring that test cases are comprehensive and that the final product has undergone thorough quality checks prior to deployment. Through these activities Identified, logged, and tracked defects using bug tracking tools, collaborating with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve issues.
