Ce projet avait pour but la modélisation et l'optimisation du système de files d'attentes du restaurant de l’École polytechnique. Pour y parvenir, nous avons développé des outils théoriques (réseaux de Jackson) en les adaptant au cadre de notre modèle, et nous avons procédé à des simulations informatique.
