Tested workspace form creation including slicer/key figure configuration, calculated fields, editable fields, graph linking, user assignment, and scheduled auto-publish functionality. Validated row-level security ensuring each user can access only permitted data (e.g., region-wise or product-wise restrictions). Tested Analyst workflows: planning form access, forecast data entry, scenario simulation, and form submission. Verified Manager workflows: alert viewing, approval/rejection of analyst submissions, and report access. Performed status tracking validation to confirm admin visibility of analyst activity (open/edit/submit) and manager approval timestamps. Tested alert management: ad-hoc messages, task assignments, and scheduled alerts via portal notifications and emails. Conducted regression testing after each sprint to ensure stability of existing features during new rollouts. Logged and tracked defects in Jira with detailed reproduction steps, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
