This project deals with banking operation of user (Customer) and employee. This system is based on internet banking. It provides facilities like fund transfer within the same bank RTGS, NEFT, IFT, cheque book request, stop cheque payment, user registration. Wide range of online banking, personal banking including credit cards, personal loans, fixed deposit, saving account and current account. There are three type of user. User can transfer funds to any account with the same bank, raise request for cheque book, ask for information of loans and other product of bank. Employee can accept request of cheque book, stop cheque payment, can add the user also, it saves time and paperwork.

And we are using selenium tools for testing. CRM testing is depend on factors like complexity oh CRM workflow, usability requirement.
Life Insurance and Health insurance and Motor insurance

The insurance, health, car, life, Motor, etc. No matter which area, a software bug or system failure can potentially result in significant financial losses, damage to reputation, and even legal liabilities. This project deals with banking operation of user (Customer) and employee. We are testing all type of insurance. Life insurance is generally for a fixed tenure. It normally is terminated once the tenure of the insurance is over. And in health insurance we are using policy. The policy holders usually renews the policy annually and hence enjoys the health protection continuously. Motor insurance, also known as vehicle insurance, provides financial protection against damages, theft, or accidents involving your vehicle and covers liabilities to third parties.
Loan Origination System (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS)

The LOS automated the end-to-end loan application and approval process, covering personal, home, vehicle, and business loans. Customers could apply online, track application status, and submit documents, while employees could verify, assess, and approve loans efficiently. The LMS streamlined loan servicing, including EMI management, payment tracking, and account closures, ensuring seamless post-loan operations. Together, these systems reduced processing time, improved accuracy, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Designed and executed test cases for LOS (application, eligibility checks, disbursement) and LMS (EMI management, payment tracking, and closures). Performed testing, including Smoke, Sanity, SIT, UAT, and Regression. Logged and tracked defects using JIRA, coordinating with developers for resolution. Collaborated with clients, BAs, and stakeholders to align on requirements and updates. Shared Daily and Weekly Status Reports with stakeholders.
