Vision Transformer (ViT) Replication in PyTorch

Implemented a Vision Transformer (ViT) from scratch in PyTorch with patch embedding, positional encoding, multi-head self-attention, and encoder layers; achieved 99.21% training and 91.76% test accuracy on a food dataset.
