Food Image Classification (CNN)

Objective: Built an image classification model to identify food categories from images using convolutional neural networks. Resolution: Evaluated multiple transfer-learning architectures (VGG16, InceptionV3, MobileNet) on a limited dataset. Applied image preprocessing and fine-tuning to improve generalization.
