• Extensive and highly relevant experience in designing and implementing agentic AI frameworks, including multi-step reasoning, tool integration, state management, and simulation environments.
• Proven expertise in building production-grade RAG systems, encompassing full pipeline development (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid retrieval, reranking) and advanced hallucination reduction techniques.
• Strong background in creating and utilizing evaluation pipelines for both agentic systems (tool-call accuracy, multi-step success) and RAG systems (retrieval recall, grounding, hallucination scores).
• Solid experience in MLOps, including developing and deploying ML models for anomaly detection and optimization, and building robust backend systems with high API success rates.
• Proficiency in key technologies and concepts such as LLAMA models, ChromaDB, FastAPI, Python, SQL, and Git, directly applicable to the AI Engineer role.
