Users can search and select products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. During the payment process, users can enter shipping and billing details, select a payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, or online payment gateways), and securely complete the transaction. After successful payment, users receive order confirmation and can track, cancel, or return their orders.

As a QA Engineer, I was involved in end-to-end testing of the booking and payment workflow, including validation of flight and hotel selection, passenger information entry, and payment processing. Performed functional, UI, backend, and API testing to ensure seamless booking and transaction flow. Verified payment gateway integrations, payment success and failure scenarios, refund and cancellation flows, and transaction data validation in the database.
