Software Engineer - Data Engineering
I am a motivated Software Engineer with experience in maintaining and building digital products. I am learning about Information Security to build a career in helping organizations secure their products. My current responsibilities involve API and Backend services development using Python. I also have experience in other fields, which include: - API and Backend services development using Python in cloud environments. - Working in scientific computing. Helping researchers using Python. - Working with an academic computer cluster. Doing the installation, maintenance, and support—almost 600 cores. - I have contributed to web applications developed in Ruby, Elixir, Go, Typescript, and Python. - I have some experience with AWS and managing the infrastructure and provision with code (Terraform, AWS-CDK, Ansible). My interests include scientific computing, automation, and Information Security. I have been very fortunate to work in great teams with brilliant people and I want that to keep happening.
