Automated De-Riveting system for RCBO/RCCB testing sytem
September 27, 2025 – November 15, 2025
In RCBO manufacturing, many units are rejected after final testing, but their internal components are still reusable. Currently, rivets on defective RCBOs are removed manually using drilling, which is slow, labor-intensive, unsafe, and can damage parts. This project develops an Automated De-riveting System to remove rivets quickly and safely, allowing efficient recovery of reusable components. The system improves productivity, reduces human effort, enhances operator safety, and supports sustainable manufacturing by minimizing waste.
Autonomous cleaning bot
November 13, 2024 – November 13, 2025
Designed and developed an autonomous cleaning robot capable of performing both dry and wet cleaning operations. The robot integrates ultrasonic sensors for obstacle detection and navigation, ensuring efficient coverage of the cleaning area. Utilized an Arduino microcontroller programmed in C to process sensor data and control actuators for movement and cleaning mechanisms. Implemented a zig-zag cleaning algorithm to optimize path planning and ensure thorough cleaning. This project enhanced skills in embedded systems, sensor integration, and autonomous navigation
Automatic water filling
November 14, 2023 – November 14, 2024
Developed an automated water filling system utilizing an Arduino microcontroller integrated with ultrasonic sensors to monitor water levels in storage tanks. The system automatically activates a water pump when the water level drops below a predefined threshold and deactivates it upon reaching the desired level, thereby preventing overflow and conserving water. This project enhanced skills in embedded systems, sensor integration, and efficient water resource management
