Designed a two-phase anti-hallucination architecture: Phase 1 runs fast SQL aggregations against 6 KPI thresholds (Python only, zero LLM cost); Phase 2 calls an LLM only on threshold breaches — built a validate_recommendations function that silently drops any LLM output that doesn't match DB-computed values. Exposed 8 MCP tools via FastMCP with citation arrays mapping every aggregated stat to its source_row_ref — enabling a chat layer to answer queries like "why is my ROAS dropping" with verifiable row-level evidence.
