Designed and build a dynamic property sales dashboard in Excel to visualise trends across categories, neighbourhoods, age groups, tax class and monthly sales for Manhattan City in 2023. Used pivot tables and slicers enabling real-time filtering by property type, tax class, months, building class and age group. Found that 70% of property sales were condos (53%) and co-ops (17%) houses, with the fashion district having the highest average sales price, and the majority of properties were sold in the months of March, August and December.
