Technology Adoption And Insights

It is a separate dashboard which provides a unified view of how clients are adopting and progressing through SDI technologies starting with cisco. The word SDI technologies represents different services providing it through different dashboards to the client. Tested all modules of the dashboard, including the Cisco Architecture Overview widget, Strategic Value Alignment widget, and Adoption Rate widget. Identified and reported over 65 bugs within a short period, consistently following up with developers to ensure accurate root-cause analysis. Actively contributed to improving product quality and strengthening confidence that such issues will not recur in future enhancements. This dashboard helped the end users that how efficiently they are using the cisco SDI technology, and they find out the ways to use cisco SDI technology dashboard in a more better and efficient way. We also integrated the AI Agent to this application where I have asked multiple questions to check the data accuracy, data completeness and data consistency of the response. Trained the LLM models in a proficient way not to provide hallucinate answers every time. Validated all structured and unstructured questions of the portal, So many end users of the portal were happier where they can complete their tasks without having human assistance every time for the smaller tasks and also it saved their time in terms of their daily work. Many end users had that urge to show their portal with accurate data and with beautiful representation to their clients along with AI agent responses. Users had the opportunity to represent their issues in the comment box by clicking on dislike button of the response. After the collection of all the comments, the agent will be continuously trained and improved to give more better answer for the next time.
