This project involved installation of a new Minsat at CP7 level and then migrate the subscribers from the existing Minsat to the new Minsat. This activity was done for the first time in MU and was highly appreciated by the Project Manager and entire team for completing the activity within the time lines as desired by the Customer. Complete Solution Design, Feasibility study and Impact analysis was done and a technical note was prepared for smooth implementation of the New Minsat.
Subscriber and Voucher Migration for BSNL

I was actively involved in the Subscriber and Voucher Migration Activity of BSNL (North Zone) from NOKIA IN to ERICSSON IN (November 2007 – February 2009). Played the primary role in preparation of migration and reconciliation scripts for the same. Actively leaded and involved in the entire project. Time Lines were achieved as desired by the customer. This entire activity was completed over a span of 1.5 years as Subscribers were migrated in a phased manner. We worked on the preparation of the solution and shared the same with other team members to carry out the migration activity.
