It supports high-volume hiring, features an inbuilt mail inbox for communication, and allows for candidate evaluation via recorded playback. My responsibilities included leading a small team of 3 testers, providing guidance, actively testing the application for compatibility and performance across browsers. Utilized Litmus to test mail templates, monitored events using Mixpanel, created test cases in Notion, tested features in sprints, and logged defects in Github for resolution.
