I started as a QA engineer in 2010 and have been taking on more responsibility ever since. Over 15 years I've moved from testing individual features to running four engineering teams and owning product delivery end to end. I'm comfortable across the full stack of a product organisation, quality, engineering, delivery, and business decisions. I've hired and grown teams, set up processes from scratch, worked directly with enterprise customers, and shipped products at scale. Right now I'm leading engineering team for 3 Products at Gupshup and introducing an AI pair programming model across the team. I use Claude Code, Cursor and AI Tools daily as a genuine part of how we work.
