Hi, I’m Sachin Pandey, a passionate Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable and secure web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka. I have worked on enterprise-level projects like TELA – Teacher Effectiveness and Learner Achievement System for Uganda, where I contributed to backend development, REST APIs, database optimization, caching, and asynchronous communication. I also developed a complete E-Commerce Backend System with JWT-based authentication, role-based authorization, pagination, validation, and layered architecture using Spring Boot and PostgreSQL. Previously, I worked as a Trainee Software Engineer at Solution Analysts and completed a Java Full Stack Internship at QSpiders, where I strengthened my backend development and API design skills. I enjoy solving real-world problems, learning new technologies, and building efficient backend systems that are scalable, maintainable, and performance-oriented.
