Lifelong learner and creator. At an early age I discovered I was fascinated with creation and design. It started with Legos and woodworking and I gradually discovered software as a medium. Before I learned to develop software I built custom PCs and provided application support and conversion for medical software. I create responsive full stack applications with Javascript and am an active contributor to the open source community.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's background includes personal projects with diverse tech stacks (MEAN, MERN, React Native) and roles in both startup-like environments (Hack Reactor) and larger organizations (Universal Music Group, Patterson Medical Supply). This diversity suggests adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies. The mentor role indicates a collaborative spirit. However, the direct alignment with a dedicated QA role is limited, as most experience is in software engineering or support, which might require a shift in focus towards quality assurance methodologies and practices.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as a mentor and in technical support suggests strong communication and problem-solving skills. Their work on user management tools and advising on design decisions indicates an understanding of user needs and system architecture, which are valuable for a QA role. The project descriptions highlight collaboration and a growth mindset.
