My name is Rulif Fadria Nirwansyah, I am 21 years old, born and currently living in Bandung. I have a strong interest in web development, especially as a Front-End Developer, with the goal of growing into a Full Stack Developer. In addition to focusing on front-end development, I also have an understanding of Quality Assurance, which helps me be more detail-oriented in ensuring the quality, functionality, and user experience of an application. I enjoy working with modern technologies and tools, and I continuously learn to keep up with industry developments, including how AI is transforming the way we build applications. I also understand the application of Agile methodologies and Scrum, and I am familiar with collaborative, iterative, and adaptive workflows in software development. As a Front-End Developer, I believe the job does not stop at slicing designs into responsive interfaces that match the implementation. Front-end development also requires attention to performance, SEO, accessibility, and basic client-side security to build optimal and reliable applications. For me, being a developer is not just about writing code, but also about creating solutions that are relevant and impactful.

Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume lists strong soft skills including leadership, problem-solving, effective communication, time management, fast learning, detail-orientation, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
