I'm a marketing enthusiast and professional, with 10 years work experience across B2B and B2C domain. My core strength include e-commerce strategy, Technical SEO, Martech and Analytics, Performance Marketing (Google Ads and Social Media Ads). In current role, I set up the marketing and brand function at FatakPay. Scaled the team from 3 member team to 20+ member team across SEO, Retention & Growth, Social Media, Performance Ads. Co-led initial martech projects at the firm, helping Product and Tech implement WebEngage and Appsflyer. Launched new website project and authored Brand literature to unify all products under a single brand umbrella. Managed spends of INR 2Cr+ monthly to scale growth on Meta and Google to drive nearly 90L installs and 25k+ new user acquisition at sub INR 450 CAC. Scaled social media growth at 5X (organic) and cleaned on page SEO to drive both brand and non brand organic visibility (non clicks). At ASO level, helped drive 1.5L quarterly incremental installs at CPI of INR 2 along with main store and CSL strategy. Spearheaded some core campaigns: Kadam Badhaye Ja (for investment product GTM) and FatakPay Premier League (for referral GTM). My career started as a Business Analyst which makes me a tech driven and data driven strategic marketeer with core focus on building solutions and strategies for top funnel traffic and bottom funnel conversions.
