This is a web-based Marketing Application developed for a USA client. The Marketing Interface Application (JMI Application) is one of their core applications. As part of the Discovery Phase, an assessment was conducted to provide the most appropriate recommendations for the JMI Application. The Marketing System leverages customer data to enable marketers to target customers more effectively. One of its fundamental building blocks is data, which helps in identifying profitable clients more precisely. Although the JMI Application served its purpose over the years, its outdated technology resulted in maintenance challenges and limited the ability to introduce new features. The JMI Application consists of business services that are modular logical units of the marketing application. These include modules such as Authentication & Authorization, Business Unit, Campaign Management, Campaign Sequencing, Historical Campaigns, Offer Management, Configuration, Maintenance, ONO Generic, and Curve. Leverage capital markets include event-driven loans, bonds, and mezzanine financing.
