Certified Scrum Master & Project Manager
I think that life should be about fun. Tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons have always been enjoyable to me because they enable me to tap into my imagination. My friends and I transport ourselves to a magical realm where anything is possible. As a Dungeon Master (DM), I get to lead and develop a world unto itself. I plan and prepare exciting adventures for my friends every session. No matter how meticulously I plan, my friends always add an unexpected twist or turn to the narrative, so I have to be quick on my feet and resourceful. The skills I use in D&D closely parallel those that I bring to my professional life such as organization, customer focus and attention to detail. In both the game world and in my career, I need to be flexible and to adapt to changing requirements - much like the improv skills I’ve developed over the years. I am a quick learner and able to pick up and implement new concepts, technologies, and ideas, while adding a unique, analytical perspective. For me, fun at work usually involves collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to solve complex problems using creative strategies as well as logical and efficient processes that create successful solutions. I enjoy taking a big picture perspective, analyzing problems, and uncovering patterns and themes that others may have missed. I bring my love of organization to requirements planning and project management, and I am able to bring different groups together to satisfy conflicting requirements. Areas of Expertise: Scrum Master, Software Development, Design, Leadership, Android Studio, Front End Development, Java, C++, MySQL

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's experience spans project management, technical program management, and even art direction, indicating adaptability and a diverse skill set. The project for the Los Angeles Public Defender's Office suggests a civic-minded approach. However, the primary experience is in management roles within automotive tech and data/ML platforms, which is a significant pivot from a Frontend Developer target role. The lack of explicit frontend development projects or contributions makes it difficult to assess direct cultural fit for a hands-on development team without further information.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills through their various program and project management roles. Experience in facilitating day-to-day operations, improving documentation, and managing project backlogs suggests a structured and process-oriented approach. The Scrum Master certification further supports an understanding of agile operational frameworks. However, the resume lacks specific details on direct frontend development contributions or technical problem-solving in a development context.
