Strand Life Sciences
February 1, 2015 – Present
Designed and developed on the TYPO3 Content Management System the new website for Strand Life Sciences for US. After an in-depth discovery process, through competitive benchmarking, stakeholders and customer interviews, we determined the strategic approach the company required in order to properly position them in the marketplace. We initially focused on branding the new service offerings that directed the overall look and feel for the U.S. market, and also create branded visuals that helped establish Strand’s image and promote trust with their products. This website has been developed with the use of the customedialabs TYPO3 Distribution in a similar way with the PAWS Chicago website. Our team has developed several Templates and FCEs so that the client is able to easily manage all the content of the website. Those templates have been also integrated so the content is shows correctly on all devices based on the responsive framework that has been used while developing the website. customedialabs has also trained the client to maintain their website and we are supporting them on anything that they might need about it.
PAWS Chicago
September 1, 2014 – Present
Designed and developed on the TYPO3 Content Management System the new website for the PAWS Chicago organization. Through an in depth discovery process, customedialabs determined the overall experience strategy for the web presence that tied business/operational needs of the organization with visitor goals. The result of this process was a cutting-edge advanced web presence designed to position PAWS® Chicago as the national leader in No Kill animal welfare. The new property reinforces the brand’s perception and amplifies audience engagement through a visual storytelling experience that engages the audience to be active supporters of the organization’s mission. In order to support all the features above and allow the organization’s staff to easily produce content, customedialabs utilized the customedialabs TYPO3 Distribution. We integrated several templates, FCEs, extensions and custom plugins that have helped PAWS® Chicago organize and manage their operational workflow and have a website that differentiates them from other shelters. We developed several modules for making the content editing process easy for all the organizations editors where they are able to manage daily thousand dogs and cats information. We have configured several Editors, Publishers and Pet Editor accounts so that the more than 50 editors are able to perform the website's edits daily through TYPO3 Workspaces configuration. The PAWS team had been also trained by customedialabs so that they are able to manage the website's content. customedialabs is still supporting the PAWS team daily on enhancing the website and by developing several new features that PAWS is requesting. The website's architecture has been developed with a way so that our team is able to maintain all the website's code easy according to the latest TYPO3 coding standards.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project history shows involvement in diverse projects, from interactive displays and social networking to large-scale content management systems for non-profits and scientific organizations. This breadth suggests an adaptability to different project types and potentially varied team cultures. The progression through senior backend roles indicates a commitment to growth and leadership. However, the target role is 'Frontend Developer', while the experience is predominantly 'Backend Developer' and 'Lead Software Engineer'. This misalignment suggests a potential cultural fit challenge if the candidate is not genuinely interested in or prepared for a dedicated frontend role, or if the organization is strictly looking for deep frontend specialization. The 'Spotoo' project mentions React Native, which is a frontend technology, but the role was not specified as frontend.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions indicate experience in collaborative environments and leading teams, suggesting good operational fit for senior roles. The descriptions also imply problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. However, without specific psychometric test results, a detailed assessment of soft skills like logical reasoning, work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration cannot be provided.
