Patient Portal & Electronic Health Records System (EHR), Mount Sinai Hospital, USA.
December 1, 2024 – February 28, 2026

As a result, release quality improved and UAT bugs dropped by about one-third Manual Testing Responsibilities Reviewed requirement documents and wrote test cases for patient login, booking, lab reports, and billing. Performed smoke and functional testing across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Logged and tracked bugs using JIRA with proper severity and priority. Created test data in MySQL – patient profiles, appointments, lab results. Participated in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and UAT support with the QA lead and team.
