Within this domain, I worked on the Abstraction module, which focuses on extracting, validating, and standardizing clinical and non-clinical data from patient medical records. The module plays a key role in supporting reporting, compliance, research, and quality improvement initiatives, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (HIPAA, NCQA, CMS, HEDIS) and maintaining data accuracy and integrity for effective decision-making. Designed and executed comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with business requirements and sprint deliverables. Performed effort estimations, task allocation, and progress tracking within Agile Scrum ceremonies (Grooming, Sprint Planning, & Daily Stand-ups). Created, Peer reviewed, and optimized test cases, test scenarios, and RTM ensuring traceability to business requirements. Delivered UAT support and coordinated with business stakeholders for successful signoffs. Collaborated with SMEs to understand business rules and product logic, ensuring accurate test coverage. Executed Functional, Smoke, and Sanity testing across all platforms (Android, iOS, and Web) to ensure consistent functionality across various devices and operating systems. It's implemented across 6000+ societies in India, designed to streamline the milk collection and delivery process from farmers to end users (Dairy/Union). The application provides a centralized data system with multiple modules, including Milk Collection, Truck Sheet, Rate Chart, Commission, Sales, Deductions, Loan, Payments, and Reports. A key component of the product is its integrated accounting system covering Farmer Ledger, Cashbook, Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet. The application supports multi-user roles and access rights, operates in both offline and online modes, and synchronizes data with a central server, accessible via Web Portal and Desktop. Developed comprehensive test case documentation to ensure full requirement coverage. Conducted functional & Performance testing to validate the application's stability and responsiveness. Performed GUI testing to verify a user-friendly and intuitive interface. Executed Functional, Smoke, and Sanity testing across all platforms (Android, iOS, and Web) to ensure consistent functionality across various devices and operating systems.
