The project is about the different line of businesses (LOBs) e.g. GL Specialty Bindings, Inland Marine, Management Liabilities, Commercial Auto, Commercial Excess, Commercial Properties, Package policies Bindings/IPA products considering products like E.g.- Specialty Binding/Brokerage, IPA products, for CA Fleet /Non-fleet, Casualty Mid-Market, OnBase tool Etc. Key Responsibilities Ensured high standards of quality and compliance, focusing on maintaining best practices that improved efficiency for maintenance releases. Enhancing overall release performance by reducing defects and rework. Creation of Pre-Post deployment data from SIT team considering all LOB & products Permutations and Combinations during every release Pre-SIT phase and executing all data during SIT phase. Prioritizing& focusing on Datasheets updation, Release status and monthly report PPT' S creation, performing impact/gap analysis for the upcoming release stories & sharing the gaps with functional team during pre-SIT phase. Took OnBase tasks ownership and accountability from SIT team, making requirement self-understandings for the new OnBase functionalities, with the help of SharePoint and confluence pages, grooming's sessions. Performing Impact analysis for OnBase stories from SIT team. Proficient in using tools like TAC tool, Batch Runner, AI Test case generator, Chat Insure, JIRA with experience in handling requirements from SharePoint and Confluence. The project is about the different line of businesses (LOBs) e.g., Homeowners, Commercial Properties, General Liabilities, Inland Marine, Package Policies which provides the wide range of insurances to the customers in the form of New Business polices along with the other transactions Amendments/Endorsements, OOS Endorsements, Cancellation, Renewal, Reinstate, Rewrite, Reissue etc. wherein customers can have policies accordingly and can have claim and get the benefits. Also, different users (Internal/External/Legal/Managers) can interact with the system with their respective roles on screens, forms and ratings. Key Responsibilities - Requirement analysis and prepare Test Plan, Test Estimations Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documents as per CIG format. Worked on multiple modules like Forms, screens, edits, Conversion and CR validation as well. Involved in testing activities like, co-ordination with team, defects follow-up, daily stand-ups, defect tracker, defect reporting, defect prevention and root cause analysis. Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
