I'm able to handle various products like Savings Account, Select Account, Foundation Account, Joint Account to customers and also approving it by checking the respective letters sent by the associates. I am also able to work in HOOYU Application to verify the documents like Passpost, Bank Statements, Revenue Customer Letters, Resident Permits and Driving License in the HOOYU application and will approve the documents will send for the next level checking to create an account to the Customer. Worked for the Account Opening as a Maker and Checker, to investigate deeply and to approve the Account as a Checker. Ensuring TAT'S and SLA'S are followed during the process.
