This service is central to managing asset metadata and enabling seamless communication between edge devices and cloud-based Advisor applications. The Asset Service is responsible for asset creation, updates, search, and claiming functionalities. It provides a unified API layer for managing asset metadata, enabling other services such as alarm management, topology, and notifications to interact with assets in a consistent and scalable manner. Responsibilities: • Test Strategy & Planning: Defined comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and API testing for the Asset Service. Ensured alignment with business requirements and architectural goals. • API Validation: Designed and executed automated and manual test cases for RESTful APIs exposed via APIM.
