Wine Quality Classification using Neural Networks and PyTorch

Developed a Deep Neural Network (DNN) model using PyTorch to predict white wine quality based on chemical properties. The project involved visualizing feature distributions, preprocessing data through standardization, and constructing a DNN with an input layer of 11 neurons (corresponding to 11 features) and two output neurons for binary classification (high or low quality). The model achieved a test accuracy of 76.53%, indicating its potential for automated wine quality assessment, while acknowledging the need for further refinement.
