Insertion sort is a simple sorting algorithm that works similar to the way you sort playing cards in your hands. The array is virtually split into a sorted and an unsorted part. Values from the unsorted part are picked and placed at the correct position in the sorted part.

In selection sort algorithm, we search for the lowest element and arrange it to the proper location. We swap the current element with the next lowest number. The selection sort algorithm works in a very simple way. It maintains two subarray for the given array. The subarray is already sorted. And the second subarray is unsorted. With every iteration of selection sort, an element is picked from the unsorted subarray and moved to the sorted subarray.

Voice Based Email for Visually Challenged People
View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project portfolio consists mainly of basic programming exercises and games, which suggests an early stage in their development journey. While there's a project related to accessibility ('Voice-Based-Email'), the overall diversity and complexity of projects are limited. The projects do not strongly align with the typical demands of a senior Java Backend Developer role, which usually requires experience with distributed systems, databases, APIs, and enterprise-level applications. This indicates a potential mismatch for a senior role without significant upskilling.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
Insufficient data to assess soft skills and operational fit. The candidate's projects are primarily basic programming exercises and do not provide insight into collaboration, problem-solving in complex scenarios, or communication.
