I have 10 years of IT experience with 4 years into Software Testing. In my Recent role at Cognizant, I was a part of QA Team for Telstra where I was involved in testing Logistics order management System supporting end to end fulfillment. This involves both forward and Reverse logistics across retail, enterprise and dealer channels. My responsibilities include functional testing of order and Case workflows which includes order and case creation, shipment, delivery, return and defect handling. I worked closely with systems like RMS(Retail Merchandising system) for order and finance management. On the Technical side, I have also experience in API testing using postman, Log analysis using splunk, case creation using service now. I have hands on experience in Selenium Automation testing with core java using TestNG and Cucumber framework. I am now looking for an opportunity to contribute to a QA role where I can leverage both my functional and automation testing experience.
