The focus on end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with development and BA teams aligns with typical team-oriented QA environments. The breadth of tools and methodologies used (JIRA, ClickUp, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, TestNG, Selenium) suggests a willingness to learn and integrate into diverse technical stacks. However, the resume lacks details on contributions to team culture or initiatives beyond direct testing tasks.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates an understanding of Agile processes and defect lifecycle, indicating good operational fit for a QA role.
