UCS supports MetLife's Group Dental Insurance products for its Institutional/Group customers (Dental PPO/PDP- Preferred Dentist Program). Dental Management Application (DMA) is a distributed application used for the maintenance and monitoring of dentists and for the maintenance of other dental data stored in DB2 tables rather than in legacy VSAM files. Dental PPO is comprised of 2 EAI codes - one for mainframe and one for distributed application. Both platforms share the same DB2 database.
