Annapurna MSME Loan Management Application is a core banking system designed to manage the complete MSME loan lifecycle. The application supports loan onboarding, sanction, disbursement, EMI and APR calculation, NACH/BBPS collections, internal and external balance transfer (BT), foreclosure, and loan closure. In this project, I worked in a dual role, handling both development support (testing & validation during enhancements) and application support (production and UAT issue handling). Development Support Responsibilities: • Analyzed business requirements, change requests, and enhancement documents for MSME loan modules • Prepared and executed test scenarios and test cases for new developments and enhancements • Tested final disbursement data screen, including OS amount edit functionality for external BT cases • Validated APR calculation, EMI recalculation, and collection posting logic after code changes • Performed functional, integration, and regression testing during each release cycle • Verified backend changes by executing SQL queries • Logged and tracked defects in JIRA and coordinated with developers for fixes Application Support Responsibilities: • Provided L2 application support for production and UAT environments • Analyzed live issues related to EMI mismatch, payment posting delays, OS amount issues, and loan status discrepancies • Performed root cause analysis using database validation and application logs • Validated fixes in UAT/production and provided confirmation to business users • Supported NACH and BBPS payment failure, pending, and retry scenarios • Assisted in UAT deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-release verification • Coordinated with business, operations, and development teams to ensure issue resolution within SLA
