Senior Backend Developer (specially in Golang and C)
I'm a very dynamic person who loves to learn new things. I can adapt to many environments, although I prefer to work with other people than alone. I have been using and administrating GNU/Linux since 2000, not only in my personal computers but at work too, including on site servers and on the cloud with AWS and Google Cloud. I have experience developing with several programming languages, like C, Golang, Javascript and Elixir, with several scripting languages (shell script, php, python, perl, ...), and with several markup languages like html and xml. I've also worked with several agile methodologies like XP, Scrum and Kanban, so I usually like to have good communication with my clients without needing constant supervision. I like clean code with good quality, a good separation of concerns and a good set of tests that helps me to avoid mistakes.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse background spanning various companies and roles, from backend development to CTO and managing partner. The experience includes working in different team structures and project types, from classifieds websites to disaster recovery systems. The early exposure to Android development, while not recent, aligns with the target role's domain. The breadth of technologies and leadership roles suggests adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges, which generally indicates a good cultural fit for dynamic environments. However, the most recent experience is heavily backend-focused, which might require a shift in focus for a pure Android Developer role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume indicates strong leadership, coordination, and technical mentorship skills from multiple Team Lead and Managing Partner roles. Experience in defining objectives, designing solutions, and providing technical support suggests a proactive and collaborative operational fit. The description of 'stopping endless discussions to focus on delivering' points to a results-oriented approach.
