Claims1
June 28, 2026 – Present
The Claims1 is an end-to-end automated SaaS-based claims configuration platform that directly connects with the business input to transform it into a consumable format for the Core-Admin platform like Facets. A series of rules will execute while passing the data to the claims application, which will begin to populate the Facets View. Once the data in the Facets View has been reviewed and approved, as part of a standardized workflow process, the plan benefit data is translated into a format compatible with the Facets tables. The translated output is reviewed and approved before transmission to the Facets application. The claims application can connect to Facets test and/or production database and updates are reflected in the Facets user interface. If needed, On Demand Migration allows a user to pull data from Facets to update specific tables in the claims application. Roles & Responsibilities: Analyzed requirements and designed test scenarios to ensure complete test coverage and quality validation. Designed and maintained effective and optimized test cases using Azure DevOps. Executed test cases based on test plans using Azure DevOps. Covered multiple testing types including Functional, Regression, Smoke and Sanity testing during execution. Logged and tracked defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring accurate reporting and timely resolution. Conducted API testing using Postman and Swagger. Performed database testing to validate data in tables. Participated in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and UAT support with the QA lead and team. Shared test execution report with lead and manager. Worked closely with the development team to reproduce issues, analyze root causes, and verify bug fixes, ensuring faster defect resolution and stable releases.
Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's experience in a professional setting, working within Agile teams and collaborating with developers and business analysts, suggests a good fit for team-oriented environments.
