Full-stack marketplace platform for discovering urban events and reserving restaurant tables, inspired by platforms like BookMyShow and District by Zomato. Designed scalable React architecture with reusable components, custom hooks, and Context API to share global data without prop drilling. Implemented secure Google authentication using Firebase with protected routes and role-based access (User, Organizer, Admin). Built organizer onboarding system with document verification (PAN card, bank details) and admin approval workflow. Developed organizer dashboard for event creation, ticket pricing, booking analytics, and management. Integrated Stripe Checkout (demo) with backend verification using webhooks for secure ticket payments. Implemented dynamic ticket inventory management with automatic seat restoration when bookings are cancelled. Designed REST APIs with pagination, filtering, and sorting handled through a single dynamic API endpoint. Built dynamic APIs for trending events, top events in India, and weekly popular events based on booking activity. Optimized backend queries and API structure to reduce response time and improve performance. Implemented infinite scrolling for event discovery and optimized API response time.
