Engineering Manager / Lead développeur web spécialisé dans le E-Commerce mais aussi Retail, ayant une forte appétence pour les environnements techniques complexes à fort trafic, ainsi que pour le management d'équipes et leur évolution. Grâce à près de 8 ans d'expériences sur des sites e-commerces internationaux, j'ai pu me passionner sur les différentes problématiques de la vente en ligne, passant par l'expérience client, la performance et rapidité d'exécution mais aussi sur l'entièreté du fonctionnement d'une entreprise, de la comptabilité à la logistique, en passant par le service client, ce qui me permet d'avoir une connaissance globale du fonctionnement complet d'une entreprise hybride E-Commerce/Retail (et aussi une expertise certaine en montage de meubles!) A titre personnel, j'aime imaginer, réfléchir et développer des solutions pour dynamiser, simplifier et faire évoluer le e-commerce de demain !
