KDDI is responsible for Completion of E2E, PVT & PPVT testing for CRM, Charging & Billing system. As part of this project, a self-care portal has been created through which a customer would be able to make a bill payment, activate new add-on, and view bill details, & Plan details which he purchased after successful login. As part of this new implementation - 16 systems were involved, and altogether 31 Interfaces have been created. This particular implementation has been carried out with Agile delivery model, and also having need to handle multiple Ad Hoc activities. Developed Managed and handled multiple Ad Hoc activities. Oracle Stack - Siebel CRM, OSM, ASAP, UIM, BRM, Surepay (Nokia) and Core Network Elements. Defined test Planning, Approach and provided estimations on testing efforts. Worked on Usage rating, Billing and invoice functionalities in Oracle BRM module and cover requirements. Published the Testing status report on a daily basis and highlighted the risk of developed software to stakeholders. Wrote and optimized test cases to maximize success of End to End testing with consistent, thorough approach. Reported identified bugs to development teams, and provided root cause on test findings to ease their work by involving in the daily defect meetings. As a key resource, Identified and tracked defects with Jira tool and supported developers in resolving problems by completing additional tests.
