Both Linear Regression and Gradient Boosting worked well but Gradient Boosting gave the highest R² score.

Loaded and explored a heart disease dataset to understand feature types, class balance and overall data structure. Visualized feature correlations, distributions and target class counts using heatmaps, histograms and count plots. Applied data preprocessing by scaling numerical columns and converting categorical features into dummy variables. Trained multiple models including Logistic Regression, Decision Tree and K-Nearest Neighbors to predict heart disease and Compared model performance using accuracy score, confusion matrix and classification report with Logistic Regression giving the best and most stable results.
