Configured Spring Security with password encryption to control access - anyone can register and login (PUBLIC), students access their course dashboard (USER role), administrators manage all students and create accounts (ADMIN role) – ensuring each user sees only what they're authorized to access. Developed admin panel that shows only students who don't have login accounts yet in a dropdown menu, automatically removing them from the list once their account is created, and adding them back if account is deleted – preventing duplicate logins for the same student. Designed MySQL database storing student information and user accounts with relationships between them, created visual charts showing which courses are most popular and student demographics, plus features to export data to Excel and import multiple students at once. Eliminated manual paperwork by automating the entire process from student fills form → admin creates login → student accesses course, reducing administrative time by 80% and supporting management of 15+ different programming courses simultaneously.
