Throughout the career as a programmer, team lead or product lead always had the urge for the excellence in planning, designing and implementation with the perfection; whether in implementing latest cutting edge tools or managing system development with the limitation of the team or analyze things to simpler units for achieving tough targets. Here are some of the significant accomplishments of my career: 1. Right now leading the entire tech team for building & maintaining the core and upcoming scalable products for managing millions of users in a rapidly growing tech service fin-tech organization. 2. Led the team for integrating AWS based Big Data Solutions for developing different backend services for an Ad Serving Engine (which includes profiling, statistical data infer and recommendation) with the goal of converting a heavily loaded non-scalable ad-serving system to a scalable service for Widespace AB, Sweden; Also designed the architecture of the core ETL (w. Real time ETL) to the enterprise business interface. 3. Was a part-time consultant of A2i for upscaling the infrastructure of National Portal. 4. Was a remote consultant for Implevista Ltd, Denmark. 4. Redesigned the architecture of a heavy data/article serving social application with complex backend and introduced a Linked Server implementation in a heterogeneous tech environment, for supporting the future requirements. 5. Implemented the customized BI solution for one of the largest food processing company (Community Natural Foods), Canada using their warehouse database. 6. Designed and lead the development of the internal architecture of the application SpoonByte. 7. Introduced Gigaspaces for Therap Application.
